Cancellation Policy
Lash Me Lash Extensions LLC | Booking Policy
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
Deposits & Payments
• Deposit: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This will be applied toward your total service balance. Cancellation/No-Show results in forfeiture of deposit.
• Card on File: A valid credit card must be kept on file to secure all bookings.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• 24+ Hours Notice: Deposits are transferable one time to a new date.
• Late Cancellation (<24 Hours): You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
• No-Call, No-Show: Failure to show will result in a 100% charge and a block on future bookings until the balance is settled.
Late Arrivals
• Please notify me if you are running late. Your session will still end at the scheduled time to remain on track for the next guest. The full service price applies even if the set is less full due to lost time.
Refunds & Adjustments
• No Refunds: All services and deposits are final.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you have concerns, please notify me within 3 days of your appointment for a complimentary assessment or "fix" at my discretion.
